Arblos Management Corp.

Arblos Management Corp. was a company registered in Panama.[34] [301] On incorporation, it was called Arblos Overseas Corp., but its name was changed a month later.[301] Between 2006 and 2015, Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva were the directors.[301] [32] The company documents were prepared by Morgan & Morgan,[34] [301] a Panama law firm.[639] In 2006, the secretary was Olivier Mestelan, but by 2015 he had been replaced by Exmont Resources S.A.[301] [032]

Arblos Management was one of three Panamanian companies that held an indirect stake in AIMROC, an Azerbaijani mining consortium that was awarded mining rights to several lucrative mineral fields in 2007.[680] The other Panamanian companies were Hising Management and Lynden Management Group Inc.[680]

Arblos Management was dissolved in 2019.[33]
