Arbor Investments Limited was a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.[712] [851] Arzu Aliyeva was a shareholder and director.[712] Hassan Gozal, an Azerbaijani businessman and Aliyev family business associate, was also a director.[712] [556] [1204] The company was registered by Portcullis TrustNet,[712] a Singapore-based offshore service provider whose records were leaked to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists in 2013.[1204] Arbor Investments was struck off the register in May 2016.[851]
