The Azerbaijani Youth Association of Russia (AMOR) is a Russian youth organization founded by Leyla Aliyeva,[343] [345] who served as its director before resigning in 2022.[344] The current director and chairman is Jeyhun Rahim oglu Huseynov,[343] a board member of Russia’s National Youth Council.[752] AMOR’s website, which has not been updated since 2021, says that the organization helps Azerbaijani expatriates “integrate into Russian society in order to represent their homeland with dignity.”[345] [750]
