Bless LLC is a company registered in Azerbaijan.[715] [716] According to compliance documents in the files of Malta’s Pilatus Bank, as of 2018, Bless is one of two Azerbaijani companies used by Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva to own PASHA Holding LLC,[341] [11] a major Azerbaijani conglomerate beneficially owned by the sisters since 2013.[13] [1337] [1336] [1112] [1270] [341] The other company is Reveri LLC.[341] [11] According to financial investigators, the sisters each own half of each company.[341]
Bless is also a shareholder of a PASHA Holding subsidiary.[716] In 2021, the company owned 28% of OJSC PASHA Bank in Azerbaijan.[278] [279]
