Gemtel Ltd is a South Sudan-based company reportedly in the telecommunication industry. Mary Ayen Mayardit, wife of President Salva Kiir, was a director of Gemtel Ltd as of September 24, 2015.[11]
In a 2019 response to The Sentry’s report “The Taking of South Sudan,” the Office of the President said that the company was not active.[214]
