Hising Management S.A.

Hising Management S.A. was a company registered in Panama.[21] In 2015, Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva were the directors, together with Olivier Mestelan.[20] The company documents were prepared by Morgan & Morgan,[21] [24] a Panama law firm.[639] When Hising Management Group was incorporated, all three directors provided the same address in Geneva, Switzerland: 15, Boulevard Helvetique.[21] This was the registered office of Privaxis Services SA,[342] a Geneva registered company—now dissolved—associated with Mestelan’s Privaxis investment group.[549] [295]

Hising Management was one of three Panamanian companies that held an indirect stake in AIMROC, an Azerbaijani mining consortium that was awarded mining rights to several lucrative mineral fields in 2007.[680] The other Panamanian companies were Lynden Management Group and Arblos Management Corp.[680]

Hising Management was dissolved in 2019.[24]
