Lynden Management Group Inc.

Lynden Management Group Inc. was a company registered in Panama.[29] In 2015, Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva were the directors.[27] [28] In 2006, the secretary was Olivier Mestelan, but by 2015 he had been replaced by Exmont Resources S.A.[29] [27] The company documents were prepared by Morgan & Morgan,[29] [27] a Panama law firm.[639] When Lynden Management Group was incorporated, all three directors provided the same address in Geneva, Switzerland: 15, Boulevard Helvetique.[29] This was the registered office of Privaxis Services SA,[342] a Geneva registered company—now dissolved—associated with Mestelan’s Privaxis investment group.[549] [295]

Lynden Management Group was one of three Panamanian companies that held an indirect stake in AIMROC, an Azerbaijani mining consortium that was awarded mining rights to several lucrative mineral fields in 2007.[680] The other Panamanian companies were Hising Management and Arblos Management Corp.[680]

Lynden Management Group was dissolved in 2019.[28]
