Megacentre Company LLC is a Russian real estate company.[358] The sole director of the company is Tofiq Teymur oglu Huseynov,[358] an Azerbaijani businessman who is a director of several Russian companies linked to Leyla Aliyeva. The shareholders of Megacentre Company are Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited (99%), which is linked to Leyla Aliyeva, and Foton LLC (1%), both of which are registered in Azerbaijan.[358] [784] [785] [188] [760] [761] Between 2014 and 2018, Jappy Services Inc., a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, was the sole shareholder of Megacentre Company.[359] [360] Arzu Aliyeva was a shareholder of Jappy Services.[836]

Megacentre Company’s registered office in central Moscow is shared with three other Russian companies, also owned by Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited: Alkona LLC, Savona LLC, and Zuar LLC.[483] [484] [485] This address has also been used as a registered office for Russian companies owned by Aliyev family associates, including the now-dissolved Caspian Coast Winery & Vineyards LLC,[481] a subsidiary of Synergy Group.[492] Synergy Group is an Azerbaijani conglomerate owned by Ashraf Kamilov, an Aliyev family associate and former Azerbaijan tax ministry official.[531] The registered office that unites all of these companies—Ulitsa Vorontsovo pole, House 3/6, Building 2, Room 1, Story 1—is in the same building as the offices of Vestnik Kavkaza,[358] [795] a news website linked to Leyla Aliyeva that publishes articles that support the Azerbaijani government.
