Musandum Electronics LLC is a company registered in Dubai.[212] Arzu Aliyeva is a director and shareholder, owning 25% of the company.[212] The other shareholders are Hanin Abdelmonem Ibrahim Elashmawy, an Egyptian citizen who owns 24%, and Saeed Nakhira Mohamed Sultan Alyabhouni Al Dhaheri, an Emirati businessman who owns 51%.[212] Elashmawy is a director and Al Dhaheri is the general manager.[212]
