NH Investments Limited is a company registered in an unknown jurisdiction. It is owned by Nijat Heydarov,[341] the youngest son of Emergency Situations Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov. In March 2015, the company sent 2.1 million GBP ($3.1 million) from the sale of a commercial property in London from its account at Malta’s Pilatus Bank to the accounts of Davinci Holdings Limited and Picasso Holdings Limited,[341] [1066] two UAE companies owned by Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva.[341] The transaction was one of several at Pilatus that were identified as “potentially suspicious” by money laundering investigators.[341]
In August 2015, NH Investments received 3.2 million AED ($869,909) from MIRK General Trading LLC,[341] [1066] a UAE company that managed and collected rent from luxury Dubai villas jointly owned by the Aliyeva sisters and the Heydarov brothers.[341]
