The Pelder Foundation is an entity registered in Panama, founded by International Founders SA, Panama.[127] The organization’s resident agent is Morgan & Morgan,[127] a Panama law firm.[639] From 2012 to at least 2018, Leyla Aliyeva was the president of the foundation,[128] [130] and in 2012, her mother Mehriban Aliyeva was a counselor of the foundation.[128] The foundation was suspended in 2019.[129]
