Rodnye Prostory LLC

Rodnye Prostory LLC was a Russian prefabricated house builder.[328] [770] Leyla Aliyeva was a shareholder, along with five Russian businessman, including Mikhail Valeryevich Khokhlov and Dmitriy Leonidovich Korobov.[328] Khokhlov is a former director of IG Resource LLC,[327] a Russian company that Leyla Aliyeva owned a stake in via a British Virgin Islands company.[327] Korobov was the largest shareholder of Rodnye Prostory, owning more than half of the shares.[328a] [328b] He is also a shareholder of multiple Russian mining companies,[1275] including VBK LLC,[797] a subsidiary of leading French driller FORACO International.[792]

Rodnye Prostory shared its name with a Russian home construction company,[1185] but there was no discernable link between them in public records.[1185] [1184] [1186] In September 2023, Rodnye Prostory LLC was liquidated.[1301]
