Savona LLC

Savona LLC was a Russian real estate company whose shareholders were Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited (99%) and Foton LLC (1%), both of which are registered in Azerbaijan.[484] Its sole director was Tatiana Aleksandrovna Egorova,[484] a Russian who is also the owner of an audit company, Audit Bezopasnosti LLC.[850]

Savona was part of a network of three Russian companies that were set up on the same day in May 2018 and that had the same shareholders and the same registered office in central Moscow.[484] The other two companies are Zuar Company LLC and Alkona LLC,[483] [485] the latter of which Egorova is a director of.[483]

An older Russian property company, Megacentre Company LLC, has the same shareholders and registered office, as well.[358] Savona’s registered office has been used by several Russian companies owned by business associates of Azerbaijan’s ruling Aliyev family, including the now-dissolved Caspian Coast Winery & Vineyards LLC,[481] a subsidiary of Synergy Group.[492] Synergy Group is an Azerbaijani conglomerate owned by Ashraf Kamilov, an Aliyev family associate and former Azerbaijan tax ministry official.[531] The registered office in central Moscow that unites all of these companies—Ulitsa Vorontsovo pole, House 3/6, Building 2, Room 1, Story 1—is in the same building as the offices of Vestnik Kavkaza,[484] [795] a news website linked to Leyla Aliyeva that publishes articles that support the Azerbaijani government.

Savona LLC was dissolved in 2023 and merged with Alkona LLC.[484]
