The Senan Foundation is an entity registered in Panama, founded by International Founders SA, Panama.[124] The organization’s resident agent is Morgan & Morgan,[124] a Panama law firm.[639] In 2012, Leyla Aliyeva and her mother Mehriban Aliyeva were counselors of the foundation.[125] From 2012 to 2020, Leyla Aliyeva was the protector and president of the foundation.[126] Other officers included TrustConsult Trustee, a Swiss fiduciary, and Cecile Civiale,[315] the chief executive of TrustConsult.[757]
