Zuar was part of a network of three Russian companies—the other two being Savona LLC and Alkona LLC—that were set up on the same day in May 2018 with the same shareholders and the same registered office in central Moscow.[485] Zuar was dissolved in 2023 and merged with Alkona LLC.[485]
