Cecile Civiale is the chief executive of TrustConsult Trustee, a Swiss fiduciary, and an officer of the Senan Foundation, an entity registered in Panama.[124] [315] [757] In 2012, Leyla Aliyeva and her mother Mehriban Aliyeva were counselors of the foundation,[125] and from 2012 to at least 2020, Leyla Aliyeva was the foundation’s protector and president.[126]
