Elman Rakhman oglu Zeynalov is a shareholder of several Russian companies. As of 2023, Zeynalov owns 20% of Affitto Group LLC, a Russian real estate company also owned by Leyla Aliyeva.[189] [322] He also owns 20% of another Russian company, Restel LLC, alongside an individual called Ilhama Ilhamovna Aliyeva. Leyla Aliyeva owned 100% of Restel until 2022.[1098] [1100] Zeynalov also replaced Leyla Aliyeva as a shareholder in a third Russian company, Vektor LLC,[326] [1100] until 2022, when Ilhama Ilhamovna Aliyeva took over.[1102]
