Mohammad Habib Saeed Abdulla Ali is a Dubai-based businessman who owned 51% of Dubai registered company MIRK General Trading LLC between March 2012 and February 2019, alongside Manouchehr Ahadpour Khanghah (44%) and Behzad Ahadpour Khanghah (5%).[133] MIRK General Trading manages several luxury properties in Dubai owned by the children of senior Azerbaijani officials, including Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva.[133] [341] In 2019, Ali’s share was transferred to Mohamed Ali Abdulla Ahmed before being transferred to Manouchehr Ahadpour Khanghah in October 2022.[133]
