Tofiq Teymur oglu Huseynov is an Azerbaijani businessman and a director of several companies in Russia with links to Leyla Aliyeva, including Megacentre Company LLC and Miretta Company LLC.[601] [358] [491] Miretta Company was the developer of a property in Moscow, Proshins House, that was owned by Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited, an Azerbaijani company linked to Leyla Aliyeva.[763] [601] [764] [480] Huseynov was also a shareholder of Ogni Baku LLC, another Russian company.[347]
Huseynov was reportedly a member, along with Leyla Aliyeva, of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress,[763] [780] a defunct business lobby group for expatriate Azerbaijanis in Russia.[771] Until 2020, Huseynov directed the Baku Business Centre franchise in Moscow.[775] [776]
