Vladimir Mikhailovich Sukhanov was a director of Restel LLC, a Russian real estate company associated with Leyla Aliyeva, from 2014 to 2020.[192] [325] [754] Leyla Aliyeva was the sole shareholder of Restel until 2022,[325] when she was replaced by an individual called Ilhama Ilhamovna Aliyeva.[192]
