Iraqi citizen Youssef Al Jabi Dahir is a 36% shareholder in Famous Prestige Commercial Brokers LLC, a company registered in Dubai.[211] The other shareholders include Arzu Aliyeva (15%), Iraqi citizen Salam Amer Jasim Aliedani (25%), and Tajikistan national Umeda Negmatulloeva (24%), all of whom are also directors.[211] The general manager is Khalid Sultan Abdullah Al Tamimi, a citizen of the Comoro Islands.[211]
