Crovelent Holdings Ltd

Crovelent Holdings Ltd. was a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.[709] In 2008, the company had eight shareholders, including Leyla Aliyeva and two companies registered in the British Virgin Islands, Andersen Alliance Limited and Starwood Systems.[710] The other five shareholders had Russian-sounding names and provided registered addresses in Moscow: Valery Khokhlov, Dmitriy Kokovin, Sergey Gromak, Dmitriy Korobov, and Sergey Barannikov.[710] Barannikov was the sole director of Crovelent Holdings,[710] but all five individuals were shareholders of a Russian company owned by Crovelent Holdings.[328] Korobov, Khokhlov, and Kokovin are also directors and shareholders, alongside Leyla Aliyeva, of Rodnye Prostory LLC, a Russian company.[328] Khokhlov directed IG Resource LLC.[327] Crovelent Holdings was struck off the register in 2010.[709]
