Sergey Gromak was a shareholder in Crovelent Holdings Ltd., a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.[709] In 2008, the company had eight shareholders, including Leyla Aliyeva and two companies registered in the British Virgin Islands: Andersen Alliance Limited and Starwood Systems.[710] The other four shareholders provided registered addresses in Moscow: Valery Khokhlov, Dmitriy Kokovin, Dmitriy Korobov, and Sergey Barannikov.[710] Crovelent Holdings was struck off the register in 2009.[709]
