Hiniz Trade & Investment Ltd is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. Between 2008 and 2017, Arzu Aliyeva was a shareholder.[471] The company was initially owned by Ashraf Kamilov,[1002] a former Azerbaijan tax ministry official and Aliyev family business associate.[521] Ownership passed to Arzu Aliyeva, then to her grandfather Arif Pashayev, and then on to an Aliyev family trust.[732] [729]
In 2009, the company acquired a property—56-60 Conduit Street—in London’s Mayfair district for 35.5 million GBP ($57.4 million).[732] [508]
