Vind Film LLC was a film production company registered in Moscow.[444] Its shareholders were Inshaat Services LLC, an Azerbaijani media investor and building contractor linked to Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva’s conglomerate PASHA Holding LLC,[528] [341] [1337] [1336] [1112] [1339] [341] and Aleksandr Evgenyevich Tsekalo,[444] a Russian TV presenter and host of “Minuta slavy” (“Minute of Fame”), the Russian spinoff of the “Got Talent” TV show.[1285]

Tsekalo produced “Uletnaya Progulka” (“A Mindblowing Walk”), a 2017 Russian-Azerbaijani romantic comedy film.[447] [700] [701] Leyla Aliyeva was the film’s general producer.[447] [700] [701]
