Tatiana Aleksandrovna Egorova is a Russian businesswoman and the owner of an audit company, Audit Bezopasnosti LLC.[850] She is the sole director of Alkona LLC, a Russian real estate company linked to Leyla Aliyeva whose shareholders are Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited (99%) and Foton LLC (1%), both of which are registered in Azerbaijan.[484] [483] Egorova was also the sole director of Savona LLC, another Russian real estate company with the same shareholders that was dissolved in 2023 and merged with Alkona.
Savona and Alkona were part of a network of three Russian companies linked to Leyla Aliyeva that were set up on the same day in May 2018 and that had the same shareholders and the same registered office in central Moscow.[484] [483] [601] The third company was Zuar Company LLC, which was also dissolved and merged with Alkona in 2023.[485]
