Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited LLC is a company registered in Azerbaijan that is closely linked to Leyla Aliyeva.[784] [785] [765] It is the ultimate parent company of Media Land LLC,[188] the Russian publisher of Leyla Aliyeva’s Baku magazine.[760] [761] It has also been a shareholder of a network of five Russian companies linked to Leyla Aliyeva: Alkona LLC, Savona LCC, Totem Group LLC, Zuar LLC, and Megacentre Company LLC.[784] [785]

Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited owns a 19th century Art Nouveau-style commercial block in central Moscow called Proshins House.[601] [763] Between 2014 and 2015, the company was embroiled in a planning dispute after it demolished the building’s façade.[764] During proceedings, a local official said that Leyla Aliyeva was behind the project, but the owners’ name had been redacted from official documents.[764] Another Russian company, Miretta Company LLC, was named as the developer of the project.[763] Miretta’s director is Tofiq Teymur oglu Huseynov,[491] who is also a director of several Russian companies associated with Leyla Aliyeva.[347] [191] [491] A court in Moscow eventually ordered Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited to restore the building to its original state.[764] Court documents subsequently named Leyla Aliyeva as the second defendant, after Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited.[480]
