Foton LLC is an Azerbaijani company that holds shares in a number of companies alongside Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited, an Azerbaijani company linked to Leyla Aliyeva.[484] [483] [485] [601] [784] [785]

Foton was a 1% shareholder in Savona LLC and Zuar LLC, with Atlantik Aeronautik Holding owning 99%. Foton is also a 1% shareholder in Alkona LLC, with Atlantik Aeronautik Holding owning 99%. Savona, Zuar, and Alkona were set up on the same day in May 2018 with the same shareholders and the same registered office in central Moscow.[484] [483] [485] In 2023, Zuar and Savona merged with Alkona LLC.[485] [346]

Foton LLC also holds 1%, alongside Atlantik Aeronautik Holding Limited’s 99%, of Megacentre Company LLC, a Russian real estate company.[784] Between 2014 and 2018, Jappy Services Inc., a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, was the sole shareholder of Megacentre Company.[359] [360] Arzu Aliyeva was a shareholder of Jappy Services.[836]

Foton LLC is a 1% shareholder of Totem Group LLC, a Russian company; Atlantik Aeronautik Holding owns the remaining 99%.[346] Totem Group has been a director of several Russian companies linked to Leyla Aliyeva.[346] [601] [760] [761]

As of December 2022, Foton LLC is also a 16% shareholder in Xalq Bank,[1069] [1339] an Azerbaijani bank whose beneficial owners include Leyla and Arzu Aliyeva and Arif and Mir Jamal Pashayev.[1069]
